Do You Follow the Latest Beauty Trends?

By Ian Henman Every women wants to know what’s going on in the world of beauty trends. No one wants to feel left out, while not all of us are trying to stay on top of the fashion and cosmetic world as super models would, none the less beauty trends are an important part of who we are and our personal style. With today’s method of the media sharing fashion information with us so quickly it’s amazing we don’t all look the same in the morning driving to work. When in reality if you actually tried to sit down and follow all these trends you’d realize it’s almost impossible to track them all. Nor is there a normal man or women that has the money to be able to follow them all. We’re bombarded with beauty trends, monthly magazine covers are giving us a glimpse into the lifestyles of the rich and famous and all of the current beauty trends they’re following. Also articles that explain what’s hot and what’s not, also how to keep yourself trendy in today’s fast fashion world. There are of course some staples, in that some beauty trends just don’t go away. For instance the some times stereo typical thought that our entire society believes thin women to be beautiful, and if you’re not part of this click you can’t be part of the beauty trend. This is something that seems to never end, as superficial as it might be, it’s always been here and doesn’t seem to be leaving us anytime soon. Beauty trends such as what make-up to apply during different seasons which grow and change as time goes on. How ever those like no wearing red one season, and it somehow being all the rage the next that allow the fashion and beauty industry to enjoy continued success. Hard to make a profit if we no longer buy their products. It’s likely safe to say that your best friend Jenny from around the block didn’t devise the latest fashion trend. Just the coverage alone that new beauty trends get in newspaper, television, and magazines is enough to drive us to the correct answer, and allow us to realize we don’t have to look all that far for the creator of all this. The big fashion and cosmetic companies are the ones that push these trends on us. They know that women enjoy a change to their style every so often so why not systematize it. They introduce new lines each season, and begin a new marketing campaign about why you must have the newest in eyeliner or Mock neck sweaters. Of course some of this is nice, and we all enjoy a change from time to time, but don’t get yourself caught in it or you could end up breaking the bank. Want to avoid having to keep up with the Joneses next season? No problem, the next time you read in a trendy magazine that the lipstick color for the season is purple don’t jump the next bus to your local cosmetics store to pick some up. Rather consider if you like the color, and like the way you look wearing it. It’s easy to get caught up in all these beauty trends but it isn’t a must. Stay true to yourself, and the style you’ve created for yourself, then you’ll never worry about the next trend coming down the pipe. Short Term Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Steve_Valentino]Steve Valentino When a lender gives money or property to a borrower, and the borrower agrees to return the property or repay the borrowed money along with interest at a predetermined date in the future, this is called a loan. A loan is a type of debt. Like all debt instruments, a loan entails the redistribution of financial assets over time, between the lender and the borrower. The borrower initially receives an amount of money from the lender, which is paid back, usually but not always in regular installments. This service is generally provided at a cost, referred to as interest on the debt. Acting as a provider of loans is one of the principal tasks of financial institutions. For banks, loans are generally funded by deposits. For other institutions, issuing debt contracts such as bonds is a typical source of funding. A short-term loan covers cash advances, fast cash, cash loans, paycheck advance, loan till payday, quick cash loans, instant cash loans, emergency cash loans and so on. In case you need help to meet unexpected bills, or other short-term cash needs, you can get the money you need with a short-term loan. Some people also take out short-term loans to pay for vacations. These loans are not intended to be a long-term financial solution, but for immediate cash needs. The annual percentage rate and terms of the loan vary by state. A short-term loan is a loan between 8-20 days. Monthly pay customers are subject to an extra finance charge due to being more than 20 days. The cost is dependent on the amount of the loan issued. Words In Copywriting and Sales The Value of One Word Versus Another

By Michael D. Black When you are writing copy or preparing a sales presentation you need to be very careful about the words you choose. The wrong word can instantly turn a prospect off, whereas the write ones will lead to greater success. Its easy to speak without thinking, but when you depend on your message to put the bread on the table you cant afford not to pay attention to what you say. Anybody who has done an extensive amount of selling will tell you there are certain words that help seal the deal and others that will kill the deal. For instance, whenever you have contract that needs to be signed refer to it as an agreement. Legal documents and contracts scare people but agreements are different. It is the same thing with the price of your product or service. People dont like to pay for anything, but if you ask them if they want to invest than that is a different story. I can remember one amazing real world example of this. There was a marketing company producing some kind of product that helped take the hassle out of your marketing efforts. In a mailing they did they used the headline Put Your Marketing On Autopilot!. While there response was good, they did some testing and made a one letter change that improved response dramatically. Can you guess what it is ? They changed the headline to read: Puts Your Marketing On Autopilot!. Now why would such a simple change boost response? Because the word Put implies that you have to do something, whereas Puts implies that something is done for you a minor change and a huge difference. Whenever you describe your products and services you want to couch them in language that implies quality, value, and above all ease of use. Here are some bad words to avoid when you write copy: cost, price, complex, learn, work, earn, deal, but, worry, difficult, decision, liability, obligation, hurt, death, failure, and sell. If you notice, these words all imply some kind of negativity or at the very least effort when your picture them. Now, here are some words to make sure you use when writing sales copy: experience, get, love, proven, value, fun, and, trust, deserve, new, right, discovery, safety, and profit. Each of these words carries a positive mental picture when you think of them. If you focus on eliminating these negative words from your sales vocabulary and replace them with positive ones you will see your closing percentages increase. Words matter. What you say is at least as important as how you say it. Michael Black is a Direct Response Marketing Guru located in Colorado Springs, CO and Co-founder of Direct Results Marketing. Before Declaring Your Disabled Child Incompetent: Four Alternatives to Guardianship

By L. Mark Russell Before parents decide whether their child with a disability needs some type of guardian, they should consider the alternatives to guardianship. These include special needs trusts, representative payees, and citizen advocates. Special Needs Trusts Special Needs Trusts are a highly recommended alternative to a guardian of the estate. Special needs trusts accomplish the same objective as the guardian of the estate, management of the assets of a person with a disability. However, special needs trust offers several advantages as compared to guardians of the estate. Chief among the advantages is a solution to the resource problems that might jeopardize the person’s eligibility for governmental aid. To be eligible for many governmental benefits such as Supplemental Security Income and Medicaid, the person with a disability’s total assets cannot exceed certain stated maximum amounts (often just $2,000). However, amounts held for the person with a disability in properly drafted special needs trusts do not count as the person’s assets for these purposes, while amounts managed for the person with a disability by a guardian of the estate are considered assets of the person with a disability. Accordingly, if parents think their child with a disability may require government benefits after their death, it is better to leave money in a special needs trust for their child than to have a guardian of the estate appointed and leave money to their child outright. Special needs trusts offer other advantages over guardians of the estate as well. In order to secure proper financial management, it is not necessary to declare the person who has a disability incompetent. There is no need for the constant, detailed reports that a guardian of the estate must submit to the court. It is not necessary to get approval from the court for expenditures on behalf of the person. The posting of a bond is not required. (However, with a professional trustee there will be management fees.) The trustee will also have greater flexibility in investing than a guardian of the estate, and parents can select a trustee without the approval of the court. The trust document containing the duties of the trustee can be written to include all the preferences of the parents. While family objectives will vary, normally a special needs trust is a better alternative than a guardian of the estate. Representative Payee A representative payee is a person or organization authorized to cash and manage public assistance checks such as Supplementary Security Income and Social Security for a person considered incapable of managing the money. The payee is appointed by the agency administering the funds. If the parents want a particular representative payee selected, they must notify the agency. If the representative payee is not a relative, service fees may be required. The representative payee must keep an accurate record of all expenditures made on behalf of the person with a disability. The representative payee can be an alternative to a guardian of the estate when the only money the person with a disability receives is from the government or from a trust. Advocacy An advocate is like a guardian of the person, but without court authority or oversight. The advocate looks out for the interests of a person with a disability and provides personal attention, guidance, and representation. An advocate can be either a friend or relative of the person with a disability or a staff professional of a mental health agency. Some mental health agencies advocate or lobby for laws that will benefit people with disabilities as a group, while other agencies lobby for individuals and their families. Agencies that advocate for the individual can be helpful in advising the person with a disability and the person’s family concerning services in the local area. Increasingly, private, nonprofit agencies are being created to provide individual advocacy support. The advocate can help the person with a disability on almost any matter. However, unlike a guardian, the advocate cannot legally make decisions for the person. For instance, the advocate would be unable to contract for the person with a disability, invest money without consent, or sign a medical consent-to-treatment form. Power of Attorney A power of attorney is a written document by which a person (the principal) authorizes another person (the agent) to act on the principal’s behalf. The power of attorney is a simple document to draft and can be written for almost any situation in which the agent acts on behalf of the principal, such as buying and selling goods or contracting with third persons. In limited circumstances, a power of attorney can be an appropriate method for acting on behalf of a person with a mild mental disability who does not need a guardian. For instance, many parents of a child with a disability hold a power of attorney to fill out and submit tax returns to the IRS. The powers of the agent are limited to those specified in the document. For the power of attorney to be effective, the person granting the power (the person with a disability) must understand its nature and purpose. Copyright (c) 2007 L. Mark Russell Attorney L. Cell Phone Contract Tips

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Roberto_Sedycias]Roberto Sedycias Cell phones (telefone celular) are increasingly used in the modern world. They are no longer a luxury, but are considered a need. They can send and receive e-mail, get information on news, entertainment, make a call home while traveling and contact the police or the ambulance during an emergency. The radio, telephone and computer technology fused together to make the cell phone technology. Nevertheless, with the advancing technology, marketing became much tougher, and cell phone operators devised numerous clauses in their contracts to ensure that their competitors do not erode their customer base. Thus the cell phone contract was born. A cell phone (telefone celular) contract is an agreement between the buyer and the wireless cell phone service provider. Usually it is of 1 or 2 years of duration, during which a consumer is legally bound to remain with the wireless service provider. Certain operators give a trial period to their consumers. After the trial period of 14 or 30 days is over, when the contract is entered upon and the phone is bought, the penalty for breaking the contract can range from $150 to $600, depending on where the phone was bought. Before the contract finishes, if a new phone is to be bought, then some companies give a customer loyalty discount, which in effect extends the contract. This may prove to be expensive when compared to buying a new phone with a good discount. Thus, you may be locked in to a single operator, without your knowing it, if you do not read and understand the terms of the cell phone contract. If one is not satisfied with the service provided by the cell phone (telefone celular) service provider, then one can come out of the contract, without paying a termination fee, if someone else is willing to go through the contract for the remaining period. Finding someone willing to undertake this may be difficult. Numerous websites have come up which help you in finding someone to transfer your contract to, however cell phone service providers do not endorse such websites as they only connect the buyer and the seller, doing nothing with the actual transfer. Thus once you find a buyer for your cell phone contract, you have to contact your cell phone service provider to complete the transfer. This may take quite some time, as your provider will do a credit check on the buyer and if the creditworthiness is not found sufficient for the contract, the transfer will not take place. In case the transfer does take place, then you have the option of keeping the same number that you originally had. Usually, it has been seen that with transfers, you may have to supply the cell phone also as a free incentive to the buyer. High-end cell phones offered free along with the transfer usually get buyers within a couple of days. Cell phone (telefone celular) service providers generally give a trial period before enforcing the contract term, which may be of 1-year or 2-year duration. Almost all providers give at least 14 to 30 days of trail period. A 1-year cell phone contract has a shorter commitment period, which may prove to be beneficial if the phone needs repairs, or is lost. In addition, since the period is short, one may avail of new discounts that come up. After the term of 1-year ends, the phone can be kept without any contract and no penalty is charged for quitting. However, in a 1-year contract, the activation fee and/or the phone may not be cheap. Certain discounts and promotional offers cannot be availed of as in a 2-year period. In a 2-year cell phone (telefone celular) contract, the activation fee and/or the phone may not be expensive. Huge discounts on the phone may be availed. Special promotions may be availed. However, since the phone is kept for a longer duration, more money may be spent on repairing, insuring, or replacing. The opportunity to buy a new phone reduces, and thus may not be eligible to switch cell phone service providers. Expensive phones may also opt for phone replacement insurance plans. However, due to the costs of such plans, few subscribe to these plans. Pre-Paid or No Contract cell phones (telefone celular) are not available with all cell phone service providers. They are attractive as they require no commitment, the credit history is unimportant, and there is no penalty for quitting. However, call charges may be more expensive, and no promotional discounts etc., may be availed of. It is always advisable to read and fully understand the terms of the cell phone provider as stated in the contract form, including the fine print, before signing the cell phone (telefone celular) contract. Strange Things About Different Business Entities

By Richard Chapo If you are contemplating forming an entity for your business, there is a lot of information to consider. Here are some of the more esoteric things you will not see discussed in most how to guides. The Next Google Ambition and hope are the two attributes of any new business. Nobody starts a business because they think it will produce just enough profit to get by. You, me and the guy down the street all think we are going to make billions and be the next Google. Obviously, most of us are wrong. Nonetheless, success is in the planning. If you hope to go public with your business one day, your choice of business entities is really simple. The only business entity that can be taken public is the C corporation. You cannot take a limited liability company public, so keep this in mind when you make your choice. You Are A Professional If you are a licensed professional, the idea of forming a business entity to protect yourself makes obvious sense. There is, however, a major problem. In many states, you cannot escape personal liability by doing so. In fact, many states will not let you form a corporation nor LLC for your practice. Instead, you must form a Professional Corporation or the like. These entities tend to be heavily taxed, so make sure you know what you are getting into. Protection From Liability As you probably know, a corporation or LLC protects you from personal liability should the business run into trouble. This is great and all, but it still leaves you with a problem. All of the assets in the business can be lost! If the business has few assets, it really doesnt matter. On the other hand, this can be a disaster for a business with a lot of expensive equipment for manufacturing, tools, property and so on. If you are facing this situation, consider forming two entities. One deals with the public and the risk associated with that. The second one holds all the valuable assets and leases them to the at risk entity. Forming a protective entity make a lot of sense for most businesses. That being said, taking the time to think through the process is critical to getting the most out of them. Richard A. At your child’s birthday party, you should get party favors for the birthday. If you as parents are giving a birthday party for their child, you should think about many different things. Be sure to make a full set for the birthday star. Relationships

By TRISTON ACCLEASE RELATIONSHIPS Billings once said The only way of knowing a person is to love them without hope. Relationship that has love in it is not just a relationship. Its a very thorny and rough way of spending life. When you see a person and wants to have a relationship of life time with that person, its called first sight love.Sometimes you spend so many years with the person and when suddenly that person goes out of your sight you get to know, you love the person and he or she is the only one that you want. In a relationship you have to give without expecting anything, but definitely its for the both persons. A Relationship is like a sling rope until its stretched the relationship is steady, as there came any flexibility in the sling, the problems start. For a successful relation the key is CURIOUSITY. As much as both are curious about each other the relationship is on course. thinking about the person unwillingly. Missing the person. Making mistakes in your work that you have never done are the symptoms of this disease called love but the question is that “what is that feeling that makes you say those magical words?”. Relationship without this feeling is useless and a lie to our self. Relationship is a combination of true love and giving without expecting but the level of curiosity is most important. This is like a sling rope both sides are in the hands of both persons involved. And as long as they keep it tight the sling will stay tight meaning the relationship is fine. As either of the members started loosening up the relationship will start to end. Personal Shavers

By Paul Ghossain Personal shavers have come a long way if you consider what you had to use in the past. Today you can get a real close trim or amazingly smooth shave without the worry of ingrown hairs, rashes or bumps. Thats right! The latest personal shavers are made in such a way that it is virtually impossible for it to nick or cut you in any way. All of these great features allow you to now have a much quicker shave and still be able to achieve the same results as you would with a wet shave, minus the potential pain that comes with it. One does however have to be careful when buying a personal shaver. Like most products out there, buying a poor quality product can give you a totally wrong impression over-all on that type of product, hence, buying a poor quality shaver might lead you to believe that all personal shavers are bad and can never compare to older methods of pubic hair removal. Let us take a look at what a good quality shaver should have. Most importantly is the company you are buying the product from. What type of feed-back are you able to find when you do research on that company? How long have they been in business for? How cheap or expensive are their products? Too cheap could mean bad quality. Too expensive could mean rip off. What type of service does the personal shaver company have to offer? What type of guarantee or warrantee do they offer? Will the company charge you an arm and a leg for a new razor blade when needed? From un-bias reviews, can you gather if the shaver does actually do what they claim it can do? Are they as safe as the company claims them to be? Are the personal shavers designed in such a way so that it is virtually impossible to cut or nick yourself when shaving those very delicate parts of your body? Will the shaver help prevent ingrown hairs or make it worse? It is fair to say that not all of these questions can be answered without actually buying the product and testing it out. This is the main reason why I suggest researching the company you are interested in purchasing the personal shaver from. If they have a good name amongst the shaving community, and if they offer some type of warrantee or guarantee, then there is no real risk of buying the product and testing it out for your self. Breast Enlargement Products are Scams

By Gabe Mirkin, M.D. Don’t waste your money on creams or pills that are supposed to enlarge your breasts. Eighty-five percent of a woman’s breast is fat, so the only way to make your breasts larger is to make you fatter, but most women don’t want to gain weight. The female hormone, estrogen, stimulates breast fat to grow, but it can only be stimulated so much. A woman whose body does not produce adequate amounts of estrogen will have her breasts enlarged by taking more estrogen, even in a cream; but estrogen cream will not grow larger breasts in normal women. Various devices that claim to enlarge your breasts with suction are nonsensical. They may cause swelling or water retention temporarily, but the effects will quickly disappear. Since breasts do not contain muscles, they cannot be enlarged by exercising, but you can do exercises to enlarge the pectoralis muscles underneath the breasts. This will push the breasts slightly forward and may make them appear larger. You can use a special weight machine called a pec dec, where you sit with your elbows bent in front of you and bring your elbows together while pressing against resistance. Start with one set of ten, gradually increase to three sets of ten, and when that becomes easy, increase the weight.
